DoorCountyGo is provided as an informational guide to help people discover places, events, and experiences in Door County.

Content and Accuracy

We work to keep app content useful and up to date, but business hours, prices, event details, seasonal access, menus, and availability can change without notice.

You should confirm important details directly with the business or venue before visiting, especially for time-sensitive plans, reservations, weather conditions, and outdoor activities.

Itinerary and Recommendations

Itineraries, place suggestions, and featured recommendations are provided for convenience and inspiration. They are not guarantees of availability, quality, safety, or suitability for your plans.

You are responsible for your travel decisions, timing, transportation, safety, and confirming whether a location is open or appropriate for your group.

Donations and External Services

Support payments are optional voluntary donations intended to help keep DoorCountyGo available and updated. A donation does not unlock premium features or create a special membership.

Payments are processed by Stripe on a hosted checkout page, and third-party services or websites you open through the app are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy or redistribute app content in a way that violates applicable law or our rights.

We may update, suspend, or remove features at any time as the guide evolves.

Intellectual Property

DoorCountyGo, its branding, app design, editorial content, compilations, and original materials are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial use unless we give you separate written permission.

Disclaimers and Liability

The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DoorCountyGo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from your reliance on app content, third-party services, business closures, weather conditions, or travel decisions.
