Using the App

By using DoorCountyGo, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms supplement any App Store terms that apply to your download and use of the app.

DoorCountyGo is provided as an informational guide to help people discover places, events, and experiences in Door County.

Content and Accuracy

We work to keep app content useful and up to date, but business hours, prices, event details, seasonal access, menus, and availability can change without notice.

You should confirm important details directly with the business or venue before visiting, especially for time-sensitive plans, reservations, weather conditions, and outdoor activities.

Itinerary and Recommendations

Itineraries, place suggestions, and featured recommendations are provided for convenience and inspiration. They are not guarantees of availability, quality, safety, or suitability for your plans.

You are responsible for your travel decisions, timing, transportation, safety, and confirming whether a location is open or appropriate for your group.

External Links and Services

The app may link to third-party websites and services such as maps, weather data, and our own website. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

DoorCountyGo is free to use. It has no paid tiers, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

Business Listings

DoorCountyGo is an independent guide. We list businesses, attractions, and venues using factual information such as names, locations, and hours. Listing a business does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement of or by that business.

If you are an owner or representative of a listed business and would like to correct or remove your listing, use the in-app "Suggest a correction" option or contact us at feedback@doorcountygo.com. We review and respond to reasonable requests.

Submissions You Make

When you submit a correction, suggestion, message, or photo, you grant DoorCountyGo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, use, display, and incorporate that content into the app and our services.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to anything you submit, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that it does not infringe the rights of others. You agree to indemnify and hold DoorCountyGo harmless from claims arising out of content you submit.

Copyright and Removal Requests

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content in the app infringes your copyright or other rights, contact feedback@doorcountygo.com with a description of the content and your rights, and we will review and remove infringing material as appropriate.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, or copy or redistribute app content in a way that violates applicable law or our rights.

We may update, suspend, or remove features or content at any time as the guide evolves.

Intellectual Property

DoorCountyGo, its branding, app design, editorial content, compilations, and original materials are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial use unless we give you separate written permission.
